บนพื้นผิวใช้กับพอร์ซเลน,เซรามิค,สแตนเลส,โครเมี่ยม,ฟอร์ไมก้า เช่น คราบสกปรกที่ขอบโถ,อ่าง,สุขภัณฑ์ต่างๆ, คราบตามหัวก๊อกน้ำ,ราวสแตนเลส,มือจับสแตนเสล,คราบหินปูน,คราบทำความสะอาดยาก, คราบน้ำตามกระจกในห้องน้ำ,กระจกอาคาร,คราบตะกรันที่ตามผนัง,กระจก, คราบตามมุมของห้องน้ำ 
ลักษณะเป็นครีมสีขาวมีกลิ่นหอม

วิธีใช้ :
1. บีบน้ำยาลงบนผ้าหรือฟองน้ำ
2. เช็ดลงบริเวณที่ต้องการทำความสะอาด
3. ทำความสะอาดด้วยน้ำและผ้าแห้ง

How to use.
1. put Emerel Multi-Surface Creme on a sponge or cloth
2. apply the creme onto the target area with cloth or sponge
3. clean the area with clean water and dry cloth
